Your information is strictly used to process contributions, issue valid digital 80G donation receipts, send transaction confirmations via SMS/email, and share updates about our cultural and seva projects. We never sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties.

3. Payment Security & PCI-DSS Compliance

All online transactions are processed through certified, bank-grade payment gateway partners with 256-bit SSL encryption and full PCI-DSS compliance. Sanatan Vishwa Foundation never captures, stores, or accesses your sensitive credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords on its servers.

4. Data Sharing & Statutory Disclosures

Personal details are shared strictly with verified payment settlement partners for transaction routing or with tax/statutory authorities as required under Indian Income Tax regulations for 80G reporting.

5. Donor Rights & Choices

Donors hold full rights to view, correct, or request deletion of their contact profile from our communication lists at any time by emailing us at sanatanvishwafoundation@gmail.com.
