1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, making a voluntary contribution, or submitting a seva sankalp, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws of the Republic of India.
2. Voluntary Charitable Contributions
All donations made on this platform are 100% voluntary contributions dedicated toward the Trust's charitable, cultural preservation, and social welfare objectives. Contributions do not constitute purchase of commercial merchandise or equity.
3. Pricing & Currency Transparency
All donation amounts on the portal are listed transparently in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Donors may select predefined seva tiers or specify a custom amount. The Trust does not levy any hidden fees or additional markups on the donor.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy (Non-Applicability of Physical Shipping)
Sanatan Vishwa Foundation is a socio-cultural non-profit trust and does not sell or dispatch physical goods. All donation receipts, 80G tax certificates, and seva acknowledgments are delivered electronically via email and SMS instantly upon successful payment. Therefore, shipping charges, physical delivery methods, delivery transit timelines, and geographical shipping restrictions are Not Applicable (N/A).
5. Recurring Contributions & Cancellation Rights
If a donor opts for a recurring/monthly contribution, they retain the unconditional right to modify or cancel recurring pledges at any time before the subsequent billing cycle by emailing sanatanvishwafoundation@gmail.com or through their donor dashboard.
6. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content, imagery, logos, and materials published on this portal are the intellectual property of Sanatan Vishwa Foundation and protected under Indian copyright laws. Unlawful disruption or commercial misuse is strictly prohibited.
