Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Donation Principle

Since contributions on this portal are voluntary charitable donations allocated directly to ongoing seva initiatives and community causes, donations once completed are generally non-refundable.

2. Erroneous, Duplicate, or Technical Error Payments

In the rare event of a technical malfunction, accidental duplicate charge, or unintended payment amount, the donor must notify us within 7 calendar days of the transaction by writing to sanatanvishwafoundation@gmail.com with the payment reference ID, date, and registered mobile number.

3. Refund Evaluation & Settlement Timeline

Upon verification of genuine duplicate or erroneous charges, the refund will be approved and credited back directly to the donor's original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking settlement norms.

4. Cancellation of Recurring / Monthly Pledges

Donors who have set up recurring monthly contributions can cancel or pause their auto-debit pledge at any point without penalty. Cancellation requests are executed immediately upon receipt, ensuring no further debits occur for upcoming cycles.
